Things have been a little messy around here lately – but all remodel jobs look worse before they get better! The end product will be worth the wait!
I have watched my contractor with awe. He knows exactly what he’s doing. At times I have no idea! I know he sees the end product. I don’t see it yet. The difference – he is looking at the vision and I am caught up in the details. He is scaffolding the project in a systematic manor, knowing the importance and results of each step. I am scattered. Somedays I think about flooring. Somedays I think about decorations. Somedays I just see the mess and wonder when the project will be complete. I know my contractors methods will pay off in the end. If left to me, and my sporadic thoughts, this project would never see completion. I am thankful my contractor is keeping me grounded. His calm manner to my sometimes crazy questions has certainly helped. He keeps me updated on his plans each step of the way. There have been a few bumps in the road, but nothing phases him. He just adapts and stays the course.
A strong, actionable vision makes all the difference!

In a classroom
In a business
How do you develop your vision? How do you ensure others are involved in the development and implementation if the vision is a group goal? How do you keep the vision alive when things get messy? How do you adjust yet keep moving forward? How do you focus on seeing the light at the end of the tunnel?
